Charles Mitchell - Chief Executive Officer
Charles Mitchell oversees operations and leads the company's executive search division. After attending graduate business school at the University of North Carolina, Charles served as an Executive Director for GE Capital. Upon graduating law school from American University, Charles joined Fennemore Craig in Phoenix. Charles also practiced locally at Lewis & Roca and in house at an educational software company. In 2008, Charles graduated from Harvard Business School's 3-year Owner/President Management Program for senior executive leaders and is now a proud alum of the University. In addition, Charles completed the National Minority Supplier Development Council's Advanced Management Executive Education Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2006 and is also a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Sherri Mitchell - Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding All About People, Sherri Mitchell was a Regional Manager and Partner with one of the fastest growing staffing firms in the nation. Sherri has over 15 years of staffing and recruitment industry leadership experience. She has been extremely successful in the industry because of her consultative approach with customers and unique ability to develop, train and mentor top industry talent. Sherri is considered a leading industry expert and is routinely quoted on staffing and recruiting related issues for various print and television media. Sherri holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Oregon State University.
