Our Approach

Determining the right level of placement to meet our high standards requires a detailed process of evaluation. We carefully review each resume, conduct a thorough phone screen, and assess skill sets with PhD validated on-line evaluations. Moreover, we assess a selected candidate's knowledge and proficiencies within a particular subject area. We then perform in-person situational/behavioral based interviews with candidates to evaluate qualities critical to workplace success. Lastly, we check past employment references to validate the candidate's stated successes and areas of strength while also probing to uncover tendencies or attributes as possible areas of caution for a potential employer. We truly believe that knowledge of past job performance and behavior provides a glimpse or indication of what to expect from a new hire in the future.
