We then screen each potential candidate against the established position profile/criteria using a situational/behavioral-based interviewing methodology. Our extensive industry knowledge and experienced internal recruiters provide our clients with an assurance that the candidates we present reflect the best available talent in the marketplace that exhibit unique qualities, characteristics and professional skill to make them particularly well-suited for the client's specific company environment. From that talent pool, we recommend our top three candidates for the position for a formal interview with the client representative or search committee. This presentation includes detailed background descriptions, an opinion on professional strengths and opportunities for development as well as an overall assessment of the candidate's suitability for the role.
