Our Search Process

Determining the right level of talent to meet our high standards requires a detailed process of selection. With our broad range of resources, including sourcing techniques, a proprietary database, executive candidate search engines, trade associations and our nationwide network of community and industry contacts, we are quickly able to identify top candidates. We then screen each potential candidate against the established position profile/criteria using a situational/behavioral-based interviewing methodology. Our extensive industry knowledge and experienced internal recruiters provide our clients with an assurance that the candidates we present reflect the best available talent in the marketplace. From that talent pool, we recommend our top three candidates for the position for a formal interview with the client representative or search committee. This presentation includes detailed background descriptions, an opinion on desirable or undesirable behavioral characteristics and an overall assessment of the candidate's suitability for the role.
